Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible.

Cancellation Windows

• Standard Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement, OR before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs first.

• Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. The only exception to this rule is in the event of a verified quality issue with the product upon arrival.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If you successfully cancel a prepaid order within the allowed timeframe, the full amount will be refunded.

• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
