Refund Policy

Our refund process is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the specific conditions below based on your location. Note: Original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.

For Indian Customers

• Processing: Refunds are applicable only if products are returned within 30 days of the invoice date in saleable condition.

• Deductions: A standard deduction of ₹150 or 10% of the returned product value (whichever is higher) will be applied to cover handling and processing.

• Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds will be issued if products are damaged, not in resale condition, or if delivery fails and the package is returned to us.

  • Note on Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails and returns to our facility, we can re-ship the products to you at a nominal courier charge.

For International Customers

• Import Rules & Taxes: Customers are fully responsible for checking their country’s import rules, duties, and taxes before placing an order. In some countries, 4–5% taxes may be charged by local authorities at the time of delivery.

• Deductions: When a valid return is processed, the refund will be the total order value minus:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Any customs duties incurred

  • A handling charge of USD $10 or 10% of the returned product value (whichever is higher)

• Customs Seizures & Rejections: Shipping charges are non-refundable if an order is rejected or returned by customs, or if delivery fails and the shipment is returned to us. If customs seize the shipment and it is not returned to our facility, no refund will be possible.

• Processing Time: Refunds for international orders are processed within 5–7 working days after the successful receipt and inspection of the returned items.
